Make Your Own Rigatoni Bolognese

Includes ingredients to make our signature Rigantoni Bolognese at home *orders will be ready for pick-up in 24 hours*: 

• Rigatoni
• Meat Sauce
• Parmigiano
• Basil

1. Bring a large pot pf water to a boil
2. Meanwhile, heat up the sauce at medium heat in a saute pan stirring occasionally
3. When the water starts boiling, add salt and then drop the rigatoni
4. Cook for 2-3 min. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water, then drain
5. Add the rigatoni, basil and half of the parmigiano to the sauce. Pour the pasta water previously saved and toss over medium heat until the sauce is reduced and incorporated (2 min max)
6. Plate. Sprinkle the remaining parmigiano on top
