Ingredients:
• Kale
• Pecorino
• Parmigiano
• Currants
• Pinenuts
• Lemon Vinaigrette
• Chicken
• Salsa Verde

Instructions - Cavolo Nero:
1. Transfer the kale into a bowl, pour the dressing and massage to break the hard fiber
2. Add current, pinenuts, parmigiano and pecorino. Gently mix it
3. Plate

Instructions - Chicken:
1. Preheat the oven at 450 F
2. Transfer the chicken in a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the brine on top, then cover with tin foil
3. Bake for 12- 14 minutes
4. Slice, plate and garnish with salsa verde
